Does anyone know if Perry's meat is grown in Oklahoma? Someone told me once that they grew their own cattle and cattle feed.

Back in the late 80's, I went to Perry's to get my dog some bones. The worker asked the size and breed of dog I had. He then cut the bones to fit my dog. That's the kind of service you will find at Perry's. Excellent.

I think that one thing that should have been mentioned is the meat packages that they put together. they are a great value. my husband and i order a package every week or two (depending on the size) and we love the value and the quality. we can call ahead and order the broiler pack and it will be ready for pickup later that day. if you purchase a frozen meat pack, they will give you a $2.00 coupon off the next package. we freeze most of the meat we buy anyway. usually what we do is get the frozen meat pack and then a fresh chicken for that night. their meat and chicken are the best in Tulsa!!

Perry's is the greatest meat merket in the area. Not to mention it's been in business for 70 years! You can't get a better steak ANYWHERE else.

Pig snout. You barbecue it 'til it's crispy and serve it with barbecue sauce. Tastes like an assertive pork rind.

My family has been a customer of Perry's for decades -- first my mom & dad, and now my wife and I. Great butcher shop.

Love the blog! You're doing a great service by featuring these local businesses. They deserve the exposure.
