Me and my fiance and daughter discovered Napoli's the other day while we were out shopping in Broken Arrow. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. The staff was very friendly and the food tasted fresh. Try the chicken parmesan with the spaghetti and marinara sauce! Its soooo good!

Did you tell the manager you were unhappy with your meal? Most restaurants will replace your salad if you don't like the dressing, bring a fresh glass if you notice that yours is dirty, replace your entree or refund your money if you don't like the food, etc.

While I've never had a problem with Napoli's (I always eat at the one in west Tulsa, so I can't vouch for the Owasso location), I've found that the way a restaurant's servers and/or managers respond to a complaint often tells me more about the quality of the establishment than a perfect experience might. (Indeed, a server's quick, proactive response to a mistake a couple of years ago ensured my undying loyalty to one Tulsa restaurant.)

I wouldn't expect a dazzling response if you wait until the next morning to call, but if you didn't raise your concerns with the server or a manager tonight, you might try calling (during off hours, of course -- don't disrupt someone else's meal by calling in the middle of lunch rush!) or sending a polite note expressing your disappointment and see what kind of response you get.

I visted the Owasso location tonight. It was not a happy expeirence. I ordered the tossed saled with house dressing , veal parmigiana with a glass of Chianti. The salad dressing was a marinara sauce perhaps? The wine glass had lip stick on the rim. The final straw was the veal tasted and had the texture of a chicken fried steak only chewier. They served the breaded veal directly over the spaghetti and it steamed the breading off of the cutlet. It ended up being one soggy mess.

all good. 1 dinner is enough for 2 people. my husband and i are not big eaters, so we split a dinner and it is plenty. the sauces are homemade and the pasta is fresh. the meatballs are real and hand patted, not from a frozen bag made of questionable "meat", artificial ingresients and fillers.

i "discovered" napoli's on an antiquing trip to muskogee. was happily surprised to find there was one in broken arrow (for that mandatory return trip), then even better, to find one in west tulsa. for taste, quality and price, it's the best i've had in the tulsa area. beats hands down the chain alternatives.
